Airtrade’s technology is used in the development of online reservation systems such as TravelPackager. This system allows more then 1200 non-IATA travel agencies to book individual travel segments such as tickets, hotels, and rental cars.
At a glance, all airlines can be compared with each other per destination and per airport. In total, Airtrade offers more than 10,000 different airfares, among which the “white tickets” of BudgetAir and tickets of a number of low-cost carriers. The system has incorporated a large offer of hotels and car rental. TravelPackager gives users a complete overview in one system and is because of that the ideal reservation tool for dynamic packaging. TravelPackager also gives users the possibility to request and print digital tickets, vouchers and bills.

Innovation award for TravelPackager
In 2007 TravelPackager was awarded an innovation award ‘Innovatieveer’ bij trade journal Reisrevue. TravelPackager was one of the three winners amongst 60 competitors. The jury said the following about TravelPackager:

“TravelPackager is a reservation system that gives access to a complete database of flights, hotels and car rental. TravelPackager offers travel agents a quick and transparent system for dynamic packaging. This system has already set a new standard. This is a great achievement for a relatively small organisation. Innovational, ambitious, progressive and very popular in whole the travel branch. Every reason to award TravelPackager the ‘Innovatieveer’ 2007.”
